Known for its appreciation of sporting, StreetX has teamed up with Australian cycling Pedal Mafia to bridge the worlds of fashion and cycling. Designed for elite cyclists and everyday commuters, the collaborative collection highlights a shared homeland of Perth.
The team-up was born out of Street X founder Daniel Bradshaw’s rehabilitation for a recent injury that led to weekly riding sessions with Pedal Mafia founder Jay Barron. Through the rides, an authentic connection was forged leading to the union of uniquely Australian streetwear and innovative cycling performance apparel.
The StreetX x Pedal Mafia collection features six on-bike and five on-bike pieces marked by the weather systems that influence cyclists daily. The prints inspired by Perth’s weather systems, climate patterns and the brutality of the conditions are expressed on a Thermal Jacket, Tech Jersey, Hoodie and T-shirts.
