EV Connect expands into Canada
Electric car charging company EV Connect announces plans to expand into Canada. The networked businesses include partnerships with Volkwagen’s Electrify America or EVgo. Now EV Connect is opening the first office in Toronto.
The new business unit runs as EV Connect ULC and will offer the same trusted products and services as its parent company, says EV Connect. The statement mentions new Canadian clients and hires but fails to disclose any details or names.
The stated aim is to establish a network of value-added resellers (VARs) and installation companies to serve the Canadian market. Clients may include businesses, utilities, energy suppliers, multi-family properties, educational campuses, fleets, and the hospitality industry, claims EV Connect.
