Popl wins Best Burger Bar: Wallpaper Design Awards 2021
Designed by Danish architects Spacon & X, the new Popl in Copenhagen sees the world’s most influential restaurant chart a more populist course
Copenhagen-based architects Spacon & X have designed Popl with custom furnishings throughout. The palette of natural wood, poppy red, moss green, and pale yellow evoke the Noma garden by Piet Oudolf, where their burger was first served at a pop-up in summer 2020.
