A County Lines drugs gang who tried to hide their Merseyside roots by using the gang nickname Manc Joey were busted after police cracked their secret Encrochat phone messages.
The Manc Joey network operated out of Liverpool and ran hundreds of thousands of pounds worth of heroin and crack cocaine to Exeter during the first seven months of last year.
