German newspaper analyses reasons behind Vietnam s tourism growth

German newspaper analyses reasons behind Vietnam’s tourism growth Tuesday, 2021-05-04 09:35:57  Font Size:    Font Size:     |   NDO/VNA - German newswire Finanzen.net has published an article on Vietnam’s economic achievements despite COVID-19 and explaining reasons behind the nation’s tourism growth. The article said Vietnam has strongly emerged from the COVID-19 pandemic. With a population of 95 million, the nation was still able to contain the pandemic earlier than many developed countries, and only a few deaths have been recorded so far. It cited an analysis from James Johnstone, an expert from RWC Partners, that in 2020, although travel restrictions and border closures severely impacted the tourism industry, Vietnam showed a faster recovery than other countries in the region. The outcome was attributable to the number of domestic visitors, which is forecast to continue supporting the growth of the local tourism.

Weird Suffolk has chosen 10 favourites that remain only as ruins, photographs, distant memories or in one case a mystery, including a hall with a magical stone in its courtyard, one where plastic surgery was carried out in the parkland, one whose grounds are now home to a festival and one that hosted a notorious ghost hunter for a night.

But that is it.

Racing 92 cruise to seven-try win over Edinburgh to book last-eight spot

Waterford, Ireland / WLR Apr 4, 2021 5:34 PM Racing 92 became the fourth French team to reach the quarter-finals of the Heineken Champions Cup with a seven-try 56-3 home win over Edinburgh. Last year’s beaten finalists dominated the first-half, enjoying 76% territory and 71% possession, and crossed for two tries to take firm control before booking their ticket to travel to face the winners of Bordeaux-Begles and Bristol Bears. Edinburgh almost got off to the dream start, but somehow managed to blow two great try scoring opportunities in the opening three minutes. Having regained Blair Kinghorn’s towering kick-off they worked space wide out on the right for full back Damien Hoyland, but Duhan van der Merwe’s pass to him on a clear overlap 20 metres out did not hit the target.
