CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) -The prosecution and defense continue to go head to head in the trial for Tevin Biles-Thomas.
He’s accused of killing three people at a New Year’s Eve party in 2018.
After skipping out on court last week, Yasmhne Willmore who was at the party that fateful night testified on Monday.
Her credibility may come into question though, she admitted her memory is a little foggy.

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Cornelius Pames Jr. pleaded guilty to killing a 94-year-old woman and raping a 74-year-old woman in 2018.
Both women were visiting from Honduras and were spending the summer in Cleveland with family.
The brutal attack happened inside a home on Gertrude Avenue on Sept. 17, 2018.
Eusebia Garcia died from her injuries.
Cleveland police said Pames entered the home by pushing in a window air conditioner unit and crawling through the window.
Once inside, he smothered Garcia with a pillow, assaulted the 74-year-old woman and stole valuables.

LAKE COUNTY, Ohio Lake County Common Pleas Court Judge John O’Donnell set bond Friday at $100,000 against a 30-year-old Willoughby man accused of killing his 3-week-old son.
William Beasley appeared Friday morning in court and pleaded not guilty to charges of murder, involuntary manslaughter, endangering children and felonious assault in the death of his son, Zachary Beasley, in May 2020. Beasley remains in the Lake County Jail, records say and his next court appearance has not yet been scheduled.
