April 03 : After Kangana Ranaut shared the first song of her forthcoming biopic Thalaivi on Friday, today she shared a well edited video clip featuring the real Thalaivi vs the reel Thalaivi, played by Kangana.
Kanganaâs forthcoming film Thalaivi is based on the late actor-politician of Tamil Nadu J Jayalalithaa. The film is directed by AL Vijay. The title song âChali Chaliâ in Hindi was launched by South sensation Samantha Akkineni on Friday, which traces âJaya sâ initial journey on the silver screen.Â

The first track ‘Chali Chali’ from Jayalalithaa’s biopic ‘Thalaivi’ is already out and winning hearts. The melodious track featuring Kangana Ranaut is a tribute of sorts to the golden days of Jayalalithaa s film career. Kangana dancing with flowers, twirling in sarees, swinging with smiles have made fans excited and it seems the actress, too, is emotionally drenched to receive the overwhelming response. She tweeted a fan-made video that sees Kangana recreating Jayalalithaa’s ‘golden era’ on the tunes of Chali Chali. An emotional Kangana also called the edit ‘lovely’ and shared a touching note as a tribute to the late Jayalalithaa.
