It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our wife, mother, grandmother and sister, Johanna Tellervo Dosen (nee Jamsa), at the age of 67 on Wednesday May 19, 2021. She passed away peacefully at home with her family surrounding her. Johanna was born on July 18, 1953 in Kannus Finland and immigrated to Thunder Bay Ontario with her family in 1957. She grew up in a large Finnish family and took part in many cultural activities. During her early years she spent time with her family at Pohjanpirtti on Surprise Lake enjoying saunas, swimming, and other activities. After meeting her husband Milan, she soon adopted and became a member of the Croatian Community in Thunder Bay. She volunteered her time at the Croatian Rec Centre Velebit. Family was her main priority and love. She looked forward to her visits to spend time with her children and grandchildren out west. Her grandchildren were of the utmost importance to her.
