Synnex Australia has launched Google Workspaces’ API integration in its cloud marketplace, following the vendor’s recent local launch.
The distributor said the integration would allow Google Cloud resellers to authorise themselves as indirect reseller partners, as well as provision and manage Google Workspace services offerings via Synnex’s B2B portal.
The service automates and streamlines billing and invoicing processes to help managed services providers gain the flexibility to scale, service more customers and attain a faster time to market.
“With the Google Workspace integration to our cloud marketplace, our partners can effectively provision, manage and access their services in real-time,” Synnex ANZ chief executive Kee Ong said.

Synnex Australia has added Google Workspace’s API integration onto its cloud marketplace platform, eight months after first signing a distribution agreement with the vendor.
The integration will allow Synnex’s Google Cloud partners to authorise themselves as a Google Cloud Indirect Reseller Partner while also managing their offerings through the Synnex B2B portal.
According to Synnex, the deal will also provide automation of a streamlined billing and invoicing process for Google Cloud managed service providers (MSPs). US software and virtualisation vendor Parallels has signed a distribution deal with Synnex for the Australian channel.
The agreement will see Parallels join Synnex’s cloud portfolio, making its out-of-box platform available to roughly 6,000 local channel partners.
Founded in 1999, Parallels began as a developer of virtualisation software for macOS and now specialises in cross-platform solutions across Windows, Linux, macOS, iOS, Android and the cloud.
According to Synnex, the deal will allow partners to provision and manage all Parallels’ products subscriptions through a single pane of glass.
