Alejandro Martinez on Tuesday, Texas Department of Public Safety Lt. Christopher Olivarez confirmed to Channel 5 News.   A federal investigation began on Jan. 31 when Martinez met with a DEA confidential source in the parking lot of the Basilica of Our Lady of San Juan Del Valle, the complaint states.
