Hunda, from Swindon but whose address was given in court documents as Callington Road, Bristol, had not entered pleas. At a hearing at Swindon Crown Court on Monday, prosecutor Ellen McAnaw said the case against Hunda was being discontinued. No reason was given for the charge being dropped.
