During the pandemic, I would say YouTube became one of my closest friends. Lewd conduct. 1000 block of Gaviota. 6:59 p.m. A white male was reportedly naked from the waist down and going through people’s belongings. The man appeared to be under the influence of drugs. When officers attempted to take him to the hospital for medical clearance, he ran away while still handcuffed. He was eventually taken back into custody. Tyler Anthony Williamson, 20, was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest, being under the influence of a controlled substance, and resisting an executive officer. He was held on a $1,500 bail.

Traffic stop. 1300 block of S. Coast Hwy. 3:04 p.m. Salvador Ochoa, 40, was arrested on suspicion of driving with a suspended license, drug possession, and drug paraphernalia. He was held on a $500 bail.
