The San Jose, Calif., company s fourth-quarter revenue outlook also exceeded expectations while its adjusted-profit view was just below estimates. For the quarter ended April 30, ZScaler posted a loss of 43 cents a share compared with a loss of 15 cents a share in the year-earlier quarter. Excluding special items, the latest adjusted profit was 15 cents a share.

Although state government offices now receive about half a million email messages per day, compared to 372,000 per day last July, they were getting more than three times as many malware messages last year. “I think it’s because we didn’t have good email security in place,” the state’s Chief Information Security Officer Matt Singleton said. “As our posture has gotten better, what’s coming back to us has gotten better.”

One bill, Senate Bill 691, outlines a system of fines for people whose vehicles are in excess of weight limitations. State Sen. Mark Allen (R-Spiro), who authored both bills, explained the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety and the Oklahoma Corporation Commission enforce size and weight restrictions on vehicles in the state. The Oklahoma Corporation Commission regulates the fuel, oil, transportation and utilities industries.
