Tulsa Mass COVID-19 Vaccine Site Set To Open Wednesday
A mass vaccination site will open Wednesday in Tulsa, with the capacity to vaccinate up to 3,000 people a day for the next eight weeks.
The COVID-19 vaccination clinic will be at Tulsa Community College’s Northeast Campus, in the Student Union.
People coming to get their shots are asked to park in the east parking lots. The clinic will be open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. The vaccine will be available Tuesday through Sunday for the next eight weeks.
FEMA said this site is one of 37 like it across 26 states. More than 100 U.S. Navy Sailors are in town from San Diego to help administer the shots.

FREDERICK, Md. (AP) A Navy medic shot and critically wounded two people at a Maryland business park Tuesday, then fled to a nearby Army base where he was shot and killed, police and U.S. Navy officials said.
The man entered a business at the Riverside Tech Park, causing people inside to flee, but it was unclear if the shooting took place inside or outside, Frederick Police Chief Jason Lando said.
