Hartford attorney Jeff White was appointed to the 2021 board of directors for the Women in Manufacturing Association (WiM), which is dedicated to supporting women in the manufacturing industry.
White, a Simsbury resident, is head of Hartford law firm Robinson+Cole’s manufacturing practice, where he has focused on export policy. Now, more than ever before, it is important to support and engage the women leaders and their male allies who will lead our industry during this time of economic recovery and into the future,” WiM President Allison Grealis said.
White, who appears to be the only man on WiM s 2021 board, has said the COVID-19 pandemic has hit manufacturers unevenly, with some (especially those serving the hard-hit commercial aerospace sector) struggling and others seeing boom times.
