Alicanto Minerals tastes success in first two drill holes at historic high-grade Sala Silver Mine in Sweden
Visible silver, lead and zinc mineralisation has been intersected over broad intervals in both drill holes with the zones having similar mineralisation characteristics to those seen within the historic Sala mine. A zone of semi massive sphalerite in drill hole SAL21-01.
Alicanto Minerals Ltd (ASX:AQI) has tasted success in its first two drill holes at the high-grade Sala Silver Mine in Sweden with visible silver, lead and zinc intersected during step-out drilling.
The fully-funded 3,000-metre initial drilling program targeted the Prince lode, a significant target that has not been previously drilled.
Alicanto Minerals intersects up to 5.92% copper in first Stone Lake holes at Greater Falun in Sweden
The second hole intersected semi-massive sulphide skarn mineralisation with visual chalcopyrite and returned 5.92% copper and 4.6 ppm silver within a 0.92-metre intersection at 1.92% copper and 1.3 ppm silver. Results are consistent with the geological model the company has developed for Greater Falun.
Alicanto Minerals Ltd (ASX:AQI) has intersected semi-massive sulphide skarn mineralisation with visual chalcopyrite in the second hole drilled at Stone Lake target within the Greater Falun Copper-Gold Project in Sweden.
Assays returned 0.27 metres 5.92% copper and 4.6 parts per million (ppm) silver from 124.2 metres, as part of an interval grading 1.92% copper and 1.3 ppm silver over 0.92 metres.

Leading shares are continuing to recover as investors take the positives from the UK growth figures rather than worrying about inflationary pressures.
The FTSE 100 is within a whisker of 7000 again, up 51.15 points or 0.74% at 6999.14.
The 1.5% decline in GDP in the first quarter was less than economists had been expecting, while the 2.1% growth in March was the best performance since August even though the country was mostly still in lockdown.
