A major new warehouse/distribution centre planned for a large parcel of land at Highway 403 and Rest Acres Road could be a sign of things to come.
“Given recent trends that have been born out of, or accelerated due to the pandemic, there could well be some important changes on the approach to investment by logistics and warehousing businesses,” said Russell Press, Brant County’s Director of Economic Development and Tourism.
