Zulum warns new LGCs Chairmen against corruption, tasks them on PVCs, collection, voters mobilisation

Borno State Governor, Babagana Zulum has cautioned the 27 LGCs Transition Chairmen in the state to be prudent and accountable in the management of the councils' funds while discharging their duties.
