Zimbabwe Exemption Permits will not be extended, says Cabinet

Cabinet's announcement that the Zimbabwean Exemption Permit will not be extended ends months of rising anxiety for about 180 000 Zimbabweans in South Africa as its expiry date loomed and there was no indication of what the government intended to do.
