Yukon appeal court hears case of drunk driver behind deadly 2019 Whitehorse crash

Anthony Andre’s lawyer argued in the Yukon Court of Appeal Thursday that his trial judge didn’t fully consider the evidence before convicting him on three counts of impaired driving-related charges.
