The children from Lots of Hugs were thrilled to sit in the seat of the stockcar and run around the pits, which will be packed with cars at teams’ champs.
The running track has been marked out on the concrete in the pits to make it a multi-use facility.
Centre manager and area manager Megan Woods said Covid-19 meant they hadn’t been able to take the children to many events recently. She was happy the children could see what was happening at the Arena.
