The Wilmington, Delaware, home comes with a price tag of $2.4million and was listed on Monday, according to Realtor.com.

The property is reportedly next to Joe and Jill Biden's custom-built three-bedroom and four-and-a-half bathroom abode.
According to The Wall Street Journal, Biden, who also owns a Delaware beach house, purchased his plot of land for $350,000 in 1998.
