VANDALS have targeted a Flintshire primary school's outdoor learning area.
Staff at Penarlag CP in Ewloe last week returned to find their forest school area trashed by vandals.
Tree stumps - which the pupils use as seats - were smashed up and the fire wood shelter damaged, as well as broken bottles, cans and laughing gas canisters left in the area.
The area couldn't be used for a couple of days whilst the caretaker made sure all broken glass had been collected.
The fire wood shelter will need replacing and more tree stumps are now needed.
