Yellowstone Park prepares for a busy season

Yellowstone National Park is popular any year - but in a pandemic, when outdoor destinations are preferred, the wide open spaces and natural splendor of Yellowstone are prime selections. And despite travel restrictions, last year’s numbers broke records, according to Morgan Warthin, Public Affairs Specialist for Yellowstone, who says they are anticipating high visitation again this year.
“In 2016, we had 4.25 million visitors,” she explains. “But to underscore last year's really busy visitation, last year, September and October were busier - our busiest months on record.
“We anticipate high visitation this year as well, and we're getting ready for it.”
