Yancy Freeman named chancellor of UT-Martin | Chattanooga Times Free Press

Yancy Freeman, a vice chancellor for enrollment management and student affairs at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where he has worked for the past 31 years, has been appointed the next chancellor of UT-Martin, pending approval of the university trustees.
