Yakov Malkiel, Administrative Magistrate

Yakov joins DALA as a new Administrative Magistrate
Yakov Malkiel comes to DALA from an international law firm.  During his years in private practice, Yakov investigated and litigated complex criminal, civil, and administrative matters.  He tried several multi-week trials, appeared before a variety of appellate courts, and maintained an active pro bono practice.  Earlier in his career, Yakov served as a law clerk to Judges (and Justices) of the Supreme Judicial Court, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the Supreme Court of Israel.  Yakov is a graduate of Yale Law School and Tel Aviv University.
