'My employees are on edge. I'm on edge': Norfolk community weighs in as city pushes for crime-fighting solutions

Norfolk city leaders are pushing for ways to fight crime downtown after five people were shot, and two of them were killed over the weekend outside a popular nightspot. The city is moving forward with a violence intervention team out of New Jersey.
