Chinese President Xi Jinping held talks in Xi'an with Tajik President Rahmon. Rahmon came to China to attend the China-Central Asia Summit and pay a state visit. Xi Jinping said relations between the two countries have achieved a leap from good-neighborliness and friendship to strategic partnership. Tajikistan unswervingly abides by the one-China policy and is committed to developing the Tajik-China strategic partnership, he said. The two sides should deepen all-round strategic cooperation on the basis of mutual respect and a high degree of mutual trust, Xi said.
