Wyoming's ERAP Lags Behind in Finding Housing for Homeless People

The Emergency Rental Assistance Program has distributed over $30 million in aid to 7,158 renters, but a separate part of that program has only given 233 people housing from 1,231 letters that can be used to secure a place to live.
