WV electric vehicle plan, infrastructure behind other states | Energy and Environment

West Virginia still hasn't developed a request for proposals for the first phase of its electric vehicle infrastructure plan, a year after it said it would award contracts under the plan. The plan is federally funded by the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act.
