A mystery in Montgomery County where a police are trying police say 30yearold escobar was lying in the roadway at tiny branch road near garland avenue when he was struck and killed by a Gray Toyota Corolla and the driver in the car did remain on the scene, but police are trying to determine why that victim was lying in the road before being struck by that car. Baltimore Police Identified the driver of a car involved in a high speed chase this week. Police say 30yearold carter shot wildly at officers and pedestrians as he led cruisers on a chase for 20 minutes. Several people were injured including a police officer. And police say carter is also responsible for a triple shooting thursday that left one person dead. Carter has been charged with firstdegree murder in several other crimes.
