In court 19yearold marcus king faced a charge of Second Degree murder in the death of 23yearold matthew shlonski. King was in a gang that had a beef with another gang and investigator say he was an innocent bystander caught in the middle of a crossfire when he stepped out of a taxi last saturday in the neighborhood. Outside the courthouse we spoke with marcus kings grandfather. It hurts and ive done my best to try and keep him in school, try to mentor him but if the streets get ahold of you, you know, a lot of times not much you can do. Police tell us they are looking for five additional suspects in this case. Up in baltimore that city now has more homicides as of right now than this did in all of last year.
