Wu names new Boston School Committee member

Mayor Michelle Wu has appointed Chantal Lima Barbosa to fill the open School Committee seat ahead of the coming school year, city officials announced in a release Wednesday, making her the first Cabo Verdean woman to serve on the governing board.
