The back of this acura blasted when bill bullet hole, talking. 32 caliber bullets that really do damage. Not just to cars, but to people, too. So these four all lung i, that they survived this, 16 bullet shells, in all, all fired, from close range from the passenger side after passing fourdoor dark car. We know that because the police saw it all on surveillance video. Based on balistic evidence we know numerous shots were fired. We found 16 spent shell casings along 24th street and ridge avenue. Theyre large caliber. Fortunately, theyre several private surveillance cameras, in nearby businesses. Police did view the cameras, these cameras did record some of this incident. Well not all bad news here. Because we got some good news about how philadelphians are react to go these shootings since theyre happening so much. First of all, police got a ton of calls because this is in prim time. And they hear 16 shots at 9 30, so that gets police right to the scene. But the good thing when police get to the scene, only one victim still around. Why . Because citizens, two private cars, somebody scoops up these two boys, gets him into hahnemann emergency room right away somebody gets this 22 year old also in the hahnemann emergency room right away. That will person wouldnt be alive right now if that person did not do that. Because he was cents barely clinging to life. That was life saving move by somebody out there. Airy, homicide detective are investigating the shooting death after 28 year old man inside after apartment complex. Happened about 10 30 last night 800 block of east vernon road, police say several shots were fired from two separate guns. Were told it happened right out sad the victims apartment where he lived with his girlfriend. And two young daughters. They werent hurt. Meanwhile, resident are still coming to grips with the senseless death of a four year old in abington township. Police say the boys mom, 19 year old lisa smith, and her boyfriend, 26 year old keith king, beat the boy because he spilled his cereal. Investigators say tahir smith had old bruises cents, be as well, including rib fractures, also told that smith is six month pregnant. Oh,. The mother. Oh, god. All right, 6 04. Now, he calls the money severance and says it was not a settlement. That is in contrast to New York Times story that says meehan used the public money, to settle a misconduct complaint after the aid accused him of making unwanted roman i can advances cents toward her. Cords willing to the times report meehan expressed his alleged feelings in person and through handwritten letter. Says meehan became hostile when he found out she had a boyfriend. He said he did not have romantic feelings forayed. He said instead the two were very close and he calls his attachment to the woman emotional, not romantic. The nature of the feelings, one in which there is emotional connection, and attraction, but ive also said the romantic partner that i have in my life is my wife. A community grieving after a 15 year old boy opens fire at a high school killing two student. This is where we are in this country. This would have been a lead store. I very sad, where weve come, new this morning, mike, alex, Police Released names of the two student killed in the Kentucky School shooting. Identified the victims as Bailey Nicole holt and preston ryan, bailey died on scene at the school, preston died at a nash nashville tennessee hospital 100 miles away. Several other shooting victims also taken to that hospital. Police say a 15 year old walk into Marshall County high school on tuesday, started shooting, in a commons area of the school before classes cents started. Witnesses cents say he kept firing until he ran out of ammunition, and then he ran away. Police later caught him, took him into custody. When all over, 17 student were injured. Student are still trying to cope with this tragedy. There was a lot of blood everywhere. People getting shoved down. So i took off, scared for my life. The 15 year old you see there, he was arrested now facing charges two counted every murder, multible counts of attempted murder. Tuesdays attack came days after another School Shooting this time in texas, monday, 15 Year Old Girl shot in the city of italy. Police say the gunman 16 year old boy who may have been romantically involved with the victim. Shooter in custody. Police are not identifying him sit. Closer to home in delaware, lawmakers identifying a bill intended on making schools a safer place, the bill was supposed to be voted on yesterday, mike and alex, but it has been delayed for a possible amendment. It happened around 9 00 last night at 24th and ridge streets. A 52 year old man was taken to temple and hes in stable condition. A 22 year old man shot multiple times is in critical condition. And the two, 13 year old boys, are at hahnemann hospital, two, 13 year old boys were hit. Police say they will be okay. New foot and of kauffman charged in the murder of his wife radio host. Congressman, patrick meehan; speaking out after explosive allegations cents that he paid off former staffer, with taxpayer money. All right. Sabina. Former staff err we mean he had a relationship with are the accusations. What type of relationship . Sabina . Reporter well, if you ask him, meehan says that it was a strong emotional attraction. And that it was not romantic. However, the staffer alleges that he made romantic overtures toward her. And that he made her uncomfortable. Now, fox 29, we sat down with him, oneonone yesterday with our own jeff cole. He talked about these allegations. Now the story first broke after the New York Times reported meehan used taxpayer dollars to settle a misconduct complaint. After the female aid accused him of sexual harrassment of the now the Republican Rep admits using the money, but he calls itself renz, for a former employee. Now, according to the times report, meehan expressed his alleged feelings for the woman in person and through a handwritten letter. Now the paper says meehan grew hostile, when the aid rejected him. And that she eventually left his office. Meehan denies the misconduct claim. He says he never had romantic feelings for the aid again, instead, the congressman says that after working together, daily, for eight years, he considered her akin dread spirit. I did not have romantic feelings. I was a relationship very professional relationship. I am a pretty lucky guy to be married to the woman that i am married to. And that was why when i had the conversation with this woman, i expressed right from the outset that i am happily married man. That i have no interest in a relationship. That answer coming after jeff cole asked the congressman whether his wife new about these allegations. Hes married. Hes a father of three. Now, again, meehan now being investigated by the house ethics committee, while he was on that committee, until news broke of the harrassment allegations. Hes now been forced off. And members of his own party are now demanding that he pay taxpayers back that money by the way. Meehan says the taxpayer monday that i was used to pay the aid was in line with house rules. So, it is worth noting here, separately, from all of this, that there is now legislation on the table that would change the way congress deals with sexual harrassment claims, among it members, including the use of public funds.
