Reporter thomas, so many disturbing aspects to this crime, brutality, the vulnerability of the victim a homeless man and the age of the suspects, three teenagers, now again, three of them are in custody but we do believe that two teenagers are still at large. Police say they have allegedly beat, 57 yearold kevin cullen so badly that he died hours later, at aria torresdale hospital. The motive was robbery, although there is in word on what exactly the suspects got away with. Remember, cullen was home less and he survived on the kind ness of neighbors in his mayfair community. People there say he was a fixture there and deeply cared for. Now it all happened last sunday, police arresting those three teenagers exactly one week later, yesterday, and in fact, back out their life those three teens are in custody but Police Believe that five teenagers in total were involved in this crime and then later today we expect formal charges to be filed in this case, against those three suspects, and reports indicate that those teenagers may in fact be charged as adults. Such a brutal, crime, now we do expect formal charges to be filed against these three teenagers, sometime later today, it is unclear whether they will be charged as an adult or juvenile, now police say 57 yearold kevin cullen was robbed, beaten on the 4200 block of luring road in mayfair last sunday, one neighbor describes feeling her home shake due to the force with which the victims head was bashed against the wall. She ran outside, found cullen unconscious and then called the police. Cullen was home less but well known and cared for in his mayfair neighborhood. His family telling us they are heart broken that the suspects with pray on somebody, so vulnerable and in fact, back out here live at Police Headquarters, now Police Believe five teens in total may have been involved in this attack.
