A Bucks County Community is mourning the loss of the young woman killed in the hit and run and this morning the teens grieving mother has a message for the man who continues to allude police. There were tears, candles, balloons, love stories, friend s, family and, of course , so much emotion and so many tears over memories of this young life just taken too soon, grief over a life cut short last week by a hit run driver who slammed in the teenager and her friend near street road. The driver helped move her out of the road budd then took off from the scene. Friend is still unable to accept the reality of the tragedy but trying to remember the good in such a bad situation. Just touched everybody hearts and she was one of the most caring and loving people i have ever met. She was my best friend. I dont know, it is hard being here without her now, she is one of the main reasons i continued my education after high school, you know, she always believes in everyone the good in everyone. Reporter last thursday Lower Southampton Township Police chief saying the phones had been ringing off the hook with tips coming in, tips to help locate that truck but not the driver. Now, police say that 57 yearold kevin cullen was found by neighbors, who heard the attack as it happened. They say his pockets were turned inside out when neighbors found him, and witnesses say they heard the teenagers laughing as they left the scene. Now cullen was beloved, cared for in his mayfair neighborhood, his family says he was vulnerable as a homeless man and easy target. They take comfort in the kind ness of neighbors, they tell us who stayed with him after the beating, so kevin was not suffering, alone. Now it happened last sunday, cullen died the next morning.
