Reporter yeah, dawn and iain, a lot of people around the city are saying this is extremely disturbing as you can imagine much police want this man caught because they certainly have a lot of questions they want to ask him. Surveillance video from the dorchester condos on Rittenhouse Square those shows a man Philadelphia Police and Counter Terrorism are looking for. They say he entered the building and cut the wire to a door leading to the roof where he was seen taking pictures. The man then accessed second roof entered the building and took off. This video captures him in the building when it happened mond monday. Why is he on 40 some Story Building and take pictures. What are you taking pictures of that you cant take pictures of from the ground. Reporter people in Rittenhouse Square are concerned about the incident. Its getting a little too creepy out here. Reporter police say its not the only one. Investigators believe the same man got into the soness at a hotel at 1800 Market Street and forced entry to the roof door twice. Once on september 25th then again on the 27th. Some say its troubling in light of the mass shooting earlier this month in las vegas. We always think about that even if we just go to areas or events that somebody could be there and you always sort of assess the area. Scary. You can go out like youre with the fear. Like if you go to mass groups concerts or so youre scared should i really good there because of those attacks. Reporter Counter Terrorism expert says the incidents are a reason for caution. I definitely told my wife and kid about it and theyre not going out past dark. Prosecutors charged 19yearold cameron keyshawn john san after he robbed the woman at gun point and sexually assaulted her. The victim was walking to bus stop in chester near the walnut Park Apartments when she was tacked last week. Johnson is now in jail with bail set at one and a half million dollars. Waiting for life saving organ can be daunting. A process that could take years. But now researchers at penn medicine just might have a break through study that could change that. But there is a catch. It means patients will need to make scary but potentially livechanging decision. Fox 29s joyce evans explains. And around that time agouta call from David Goldberg from u penn. There were a lot of organs that we knew were sadly going unused. Reporter dr. David goldberg offering a chance to jump way ahead in line. But there is one catch. The donor infected with hepatitis c virus. Which can now be treated and cured. Still, not an easy sell. Receiving them will become infected. But the success rate with the medications are so high that when the trade offs are waiting months or years and facing the risk of dialysis or dying versus having almost, you know, 98 chance of being cured, to us it almost seemed like no brainer to do it. What if this doesnt work . Youre saying the success rate is upper 90s and youre pretty confident but what if . Reporter he was a bit worried about possible infection. Organ rejection. Negative interaction with his diabetes and Blood Pressure meds. At least i can count 15 to 18 different types of medications. Reporter but it was a chance at a much better quality of life. Now not five years from now. So kieran agreed to become patient zero zero one in the groundbreaking study. And i took this approach thinking that, hey, somebody got to do it. Believe it around the third or fourth day after the surgery i woke up and i felt good. I was like, oh, my god, im feeling better. Reporter so far kiran and 19 other study subjects have received kidneys infected with help c. 13 have been cured and the other seven are sort of still completing treatment or have completed and are waiting for that threemonth mark at which time we can tell them theyre cured.
