And then it will parallel the eastern seaboard, providing more dangerous rip currents, and beach errosion, in the wake of jose. Bob kelly . Noon what would be the grassy ditch here. So northbound 95, jammed solid from pretty much cottman avenue, bumper to bumper to bumper all the way up to woodhaven road about 5 miles. And typically southbound, is where we see all of the volume delays. And thats southbound volume, right here, approaching woodhaven. Looks like this guy getting the help, as welshing so north and south 95, jammed, approaching woodhaven, because of that crash. North on the 42 freeway coming in from new jersey, crash right near college drive. Thats causing delays headed in toward the walt whitman bridge. We still got some beautiful summer days left. Then the Indian Summer start of fall. People will be like hey, lets go swimming. The lifeguards will be gone. Youve got all of this debris floating around the water, you have rocks exposed. It is the most dangerous to ever even think every going swimming. Thats going to be the big problem, i think there is weekends, because people are not going to heed the warnings and go into the ocean, and youve got rip current we cant show you but you can see how bad the waves are still out there. Look further out. You never see waves like this if youre at the jersey shore. That far out. That big. That far out. So it is treacherous. I dont know if youll find a place to put blanket or umbrella in a lot of places here. We even showed you wildwood, the longest beach in new jersey, you saw the water going under the water of the board walk, couple of high tides, maybe not do the damage the high tide did last night, but already cutting into this again, watching sand, crumble as we stands down here. The Puerto Rico Convention center which we saw a moment ago with the mayor in san juan, it still housing Hurricane Irma evacuees from other caribbean islands, and it is preparing to except thousands of resident, as the worse of the storm is felt. Talking about 4400 residents, right now, in that convention center. Maria is expected to pacca powerful punch, this right here, was the scene yesterday evening, in st. Croix. As maria barrelled down on the virgin islands. And the French Island of got loop a experienced two deltas a result of hurricaine maria. Look at the strong winds here. The extent of the damage, so widespread, it is going to take days before the damage can be assessed. And lauren, youre been hearing, theyre telling people, please be quiet, thinks noises, anyone saying please hell help me. Those young kids thinking they have faint voices can hear those cries for help. Listen, this is second time in just a week, the philadelphia mexican consolate office has been busy, phones probably ringing off the hook here. Last week an earthquake killed 100 people there is week the death tolls up to at least 217. Of course that number could rise. News spreading very quickly about the tragedy and devestatio mainly by way of social media. Rescuers pulling dust covered people, many of them, barely conscious. And all of this new information, not really new information, information thats been out there, but information thats coming to light now, to the public, he is saying was excluded from the trial. And therefore, he deserves new trial, and should be exonerated for this crime. So what exactly was excluded from the trial then . Speculation that there were other witnesses, that allegedly saw lazy after she was murdered. There was a robbery, across the street from their house, general says takes took place two days after her murder, not before. But there is other things that were going on that he said werent brought to trial. Dog, who apparently smelled, you know, her scent at the marina. And they say that that was not appropriate. Things of that nature. So he is saying because of all of this, you know, i should be set free. What he ignores is the overwhelming evidence that led to his conviction. It has been ten years, reminds us all about that evidence . Well, he a mystery came forward after the death of laci peterson, amber, and said that scott had made statements that he was, you know, didnt want his wife, or would spend christmasses, prefers christmas alone, purchased a boat, prior to the murder, and then went fishing on Christmas Eve morning in bad weather, and brought the wrong fishing equipment. He then was seen at the marina, in rental cars, things that far nature, and her boyde was found near there. There you go. Her body was found in the body of water where he decided to go fishing in bad weather on Christmas Eve. Right. In this series, they stated, well, the police let the public know this in advance, and who ever had her body may have seen this, and decided to take her body to the marina to set him up. Because they found evidence where he was. Yes, yes. So the jurors who, you know, have spoken out about this were convinced 100 that they did, that they made the right decision. They feel that the evidence was overwhelmingly against Scott Peterson, and that and the state attorney general is fighting very hard to say that there should not be a trial. They did the appropriate thing here, were no mistakes, therefore he should remain where he is on death row. He has no shot in hell. I dont believe so. I dont believe so. But, if he if we did see a new trial, boy, would we all be talking about it, thats for sure. And is there a only reason why this is getting attention, normally when someone is on death row they file appeals up until the last minute, but because of the a and e dock ooh series, oak maybe . But again, a lot of the residents, this is small version, just on this block, but there are multiple lakes of water, and this time, the pipes that were supposed to drain the water out, from the ocean, because of the storm, actually, brought water in. They are saying there is liquified sands that is acting like quicksand. This man in his 60s had to be held out, can you make that out, chris . Hes thighhigh this sand. He wasnt walking on the water. He was walking on what he thought was hard sands, because it is wet, and we can see footprint in the sand here, right behind us, of chris, pans around, you can see some little birds in the water thats not too deep. So nobody sunk in this sand. But on other blocks, like mansfield, just block over, people walking on the sand, suddenly needed to be helped out like quicksand like an episode of gilligans islands that you didnt think was realistic, more troubles, more even potential dangers singing in the sand believe it or not here, in margate. So the heroin stays in your system. The narcan will wear off after an hour, hour and a half. You still have the heroin in your bod. I but the i shall sue this, if the heroin is of say regular purity, then you know the narcan has good chance of reviving you. Oh, if it is dirty . Really, contaminated when fentanyl, for instance, then you have a much dif result, much more difficult problem. Thats why it is very, very important for us to make sure that when people are revived, they actually go to the hospital and are observed. Thats actually, that or the plastic is actually rescue shield, because the person most likely will also need rescue breaths. So in this case what happens is you peel the back of the package. Okay. You take out the actual product. And always say quote unquote or bunny ears, thumb goes on the bottom. Okay. Fingers go around the nozzel. Put it into the nostril and press. So put it right into the nostril. Press. Those are demos. You can go ahead and press. Tight on you, elvis. And so you go, you press, and it is automatically discharges one dose, it will take roughly between five to eight minutes to kick in. Okay. In the meantim, if the person is not breathing, whats going to happen is once you administer that dose, you are going to take the rescue shield, Little Package that you have in front of you. You put your hands on the persons forehead, tilt the head back to make sure you open up the airway. Check to make sure that there is nothing obstructing the airway first. Okay. As long as it is clear, you do the shield. Which looks like this. There is no way to mess this up. It is pretty certainly, nose goes over the nose, pinch the nose, go down, and do one, two strong breaths every 52nd, count between one mississippi five mississippi. The idea there is that you normally dont know how long the ambulance is going to take to get to you. So you need to make sure that you keep this individual alive as much as possible until either they start breathing, they wake up, or the paramedics get there. And you should be able to see, see how the chest is rising . Once you feel the chest rise that person is getting air. Do you need to do chest compressions in.
