The Philadelphia Water Department was out here working to repair a 12inch leak on the water main which caused a several feet wide sinkhole. Initial call came in at 3 00 yesterday afternoon. People live and work in the area say they saw it happen and they are surprised, but yet relieved, in within was hurt. One of the workers was there and he was looking down saying it just went boom. We came by and the road was closed. Reporter you are happy to hear this one was hurt. Yeah, there is nothing you can do. I went over and water was just gushing up. Another guy was with me and he called me in. A guy name paul. I dont know his last name. He was doing work on my house. He came out, we were waiting for the 39. He said boy that will be dangerous. And then it collapsed. Reporter we have been smelling gas out here, and pgw says gas was released as main was being capped. All three victims were in front of the private residence in the 2800 block of the the street when they were shot. So we dont know which of the three, if any of the three, or all three, were targeted, or if any of them were struck by stray bullets. I went down, i started running down the stairs because i knew my son and cousin was outside. When i go outside i see my son coming in and he is telling me that he got shot in the stomach. So im over here like, call 911. Call an ambulance. So my cousin started to call an ambulance. Then my son went outside and my cousin, she had, you could see the hole in her stomach. She had bullet wound. Reporter all three shooting victims got quick help over at temple emergency room and that 22year old woman was hurt the most there shot four times in the abdomen. Wow. A fourth victim from the first shooting on the same block also hit by someone driving by, that shooter in a buick.
