We are told northeast detective is in charge of the investigation. We talk to People Living on the street, and they say thinks a nice block, one woman says her mommies the block captain and she works overnight but called her doubt they are morning when she found out what happened and again said victims girlfriend was at home when all this occurred. She call me and said that somebody got shot on the black and i came outside and i started saying that they were shot him and they took him to the hospital and she went down there has never been no kind of Home Invasion around here, nothing. I mean all of the neighbors are close. They all stick together. Even playing with the kid we never experienced this since i have been here. The way police found the car, striking car, so bad, and so fast, was a witness not only called 911 to report the accident immediately but then was in a car themselves, able to follow the the suv, give Police Updates on where it was headed and where it entry stopped and the driver took off and ran away. Police instantly because of the license plate can figure out hot owner is and then contact that owner to see if the owner knew the car was involved in the accident or if the owner himself, that is first question you asked, did you drive the car on you did you len it to somebody or was it reported stolen . So all of those questions get answered first. Then they find out whos was driving it and they try to prove this case. But sadly thinks another fatal hit and run. Neighbors say the couple often argued but this time they could tell that things had escalated. The the way that she was screaming, it wasnt a normal scream. It wasnt a normal argument. We hear this all the time. But when i paused the tv and the way that she was screaming, i could not let that go down. I went upstairs to see the baby, the the baby was just laying in her blood. Also this news we got yesterday, Bobbi Kristina brown died yesterday. Six months after being found submerged in a bathtub of her home in georgia. That is a wig story out of atlanta, georgia. We are at Fulton County medical Examiners Office in downtown atlanta a during overnight hours, officials brought Bobbi Kristina browns body here from the suburban whose piss facility where she had been cared for for the last month or so. The daughter of music stars bobby brown and with Whitney Houston died yesterday, but her medical issues actually began almost six months ago. That is when she was found unresponsive face down in the bathtub of her suburban atlanta town house. Paramedic did revive her but she never really fully recovered. At one point it looks like she was making improvements, even moved her to a Rehab Facility but then in june things took a turn for the worst and family announced that she was going into hospice care and she ended up losing her life. There is a criminal investigation as all of this and that is why they brought the body to the Fulton County medical Examiners Office where they will conduct an autopsy to try to determine an exact cause of death. Her family did release a statement, that said, in part that she had passed peacefully and that she was in the arms of the god. Lets go back to january 31st maybe in the tub maybe three or four minutes under water. Did she ever have a chance, doctor. Sure, so i think, you know, the exact cause of what happened is still a little merky but a lot of speculation and reports, have said that, somewhere between two and five minutes, she probably suffered some form of a knocks i can brain injury which is a fancy way of saying her brain was deprived of oxygen. Unfortunately, all of the cells in her body need that great oxygen to keep us alive but the brain cells especially after a minor two, they suffer that irreversible damage. My goodness. So every minute, every second that goes by, either her brain wasnt getting that oxygen makes the the prognosis worse. Now during the time, nearly six months when she was in the comb, some reports at one point that they thought shes getting better, better. When you are in a medically induced coma are there irreversible effects where if she were to come out of it, it just wouldnt be the same. That is a great question. If choosing, you know, we have to keep in mind here is the under lining cause of the brain injury that she unfortunately suffered and the second is the medically induced coma itself. Medically inn decemberred coma is really safe and it is saying if you go in or i go in for a medical procedure, you are given an anesthetic, propofol or Something Like. That that is reversible. Once you take away that sedative given an amount of time people can wake up and function again. The problem in this situation isnt so much the medically induced coma which is reversible it would be more or less the under lining problem. Let me say this delicately, how did she live so long. Well, this is the marvels of modern medicine. We can keep people sort of breathing on a ventilator, keep them on life support, you can keep treating them too, in that medically induced state or in that coma state that doctors keep you in, we really try to keep new that state for the least amount of time as possible and so after a day, after two days, you lessen sedation and squeeze my finger, show me a thumb, blink a eye, any sort of brain activity. If the patient is then is seizing, having a stroke or brain is swelling you put them back in that state to do two things. They are doing an autopsy, down in atlanta, just real quickly here, lets say if she got hit in the head or whatever happened to her, she got hit on the tub can they still find that out all those months later. You know, there are some things that within very obvious, so for example, even preautopsies you took a brain scan and you saw that there were injuries throughout, something that would be very similar to being deprived of oxygen. You could say well, that would be very hard to get by just being hit on the head verse autopsy you can find a huge collection of blood somewhere which again probably would have been seen on the scan you can say that was just significant brain tomb avers being deprived of oxygen. But that will tie traffic up, and girard avenue is also the same roadway that the route 15 trolley uses throughout the morning rush hour.
