She is presently in stable condition. Now, based on balistic evidence we know at least two shots fired from semiautomatic weapon. We found two spent shell casings on the highway. We dont have a description on the shooter at this time. We dont have a motive for why this individual or individuals were firing shots. But we believe that this 79 year old victim is innocent and just struck by a stray bullet. Welshing one other thing they did find just few doors away was a bus with surveillance cameras on t so, theyre going to hope to find the owner of the business, and then look to see what his cameras may have pick up. Because theyre pointed in the direction of where those bullets were fired from. So, one good thing about this weather, this 79 year old will be okay, at einstein hospital, is that it will keep people inside and keep people away from being the victims if any more stray bullet at least for the next few hours at least.
