Still, ridership is down 30 percent telling metro that they still have reliability now after the safe track program new rail cars and improved scheduling, metro is so confident in its ability to deliver on time performance during rush hour that it is ready to back that up with a financial guarantee. So, rush hour trips that are delayed 15 minutes or more are eligible. Rush hour, of course, being monday through friday from 9 30 a. M. From opening to 9 30 in the morning and from 3 00 to 7 00 p. M. And you have to have a registered smart trip card to make this work. Now, for refunds it will be for the cost of the delayed trip. Metro rail customers with that smart trip card its going to be automatic. Youll get an email the next business day and a credit within five business days. If youre delayed on members metrobus were told there is a web form that bus riders can then fill out. Developing this morning in paris, ax wielding thieves are now in custody after they made off with millions in jewels during a heist at the ritz hotel in paris france. Three suspects are being questioned while two others are still on the run. Investigators say more than 4 Million Euros worth of jewels were stolen from the world famous hotel. Witnesses reported seeing the masked men run past the bar door before hearing several today carrier will lay off 215 workers at its indianapolis heating and air conditioning plant. Its the last wave of about 600 layoffs that carrier previously announced.
