Were told someone stabbed a man several times just after two this afternoon. Crews rushed the victim to the hospital. Right now still no word on his condition or a possible motive. The suspect tonight. Prince georges county police still trying to sort out exactly what happened outside a home in hyattsville earlier this morning where a man was found shot to death inside of a car. The initial calls to police said several suspects were attempting to steal a truck when someone inside the house opened fire. Fox5s paul wagner joins us live from the scene with this story. Reporter it was just after 2 00 this morning here on sigh go parkway. Police say they received at least one 911 call from someone inside the home saying that there was someone in their driveway strieg to steal their truck. Shots were being fired. The call tear could actually hear the shots being fired. Prince georges county police are trying to determine if those shots came from a second floor window. Listen now to the initial calls from the police in the early minutes of the shooting. A suspect ts car thinks there is more car trying to steal their dads truck and shots went off. We still have one outstanding. Prince georges county police toed two vehicles from the crime scene, this mere saitds suv and a ford f150 pickup truck. The initial calls to police said the mercedes may have been occupied by at least two people and perhaps more who may have pulled into the driveway of the home before attempting to steal the truck. The man who was killed was found inside the truck. No one else was found near the scene and there were no Arrests Police came back to the house earlier today where they were seen inspecting a window on the upper floor. The upper section of the window was broken out and there appeared to be a bullet hole in the lower pain. Whatever happened here may have all been recorded on no less than ate cameras that are instead stalled on at least three sides of the house and the front door. Prince georges county police have not yet re lease the name of the person who was killed, but the home custody and so far no charges have been filed. Reporter at this early face we do believe that a resident inside of this home shot a man outside of the home and he was taken to the hospital and pronounced dead. So were work ing to establish exactly what circumstances occurred leading up to that shooting. As far as the relationship goes, what can you tell me there between the shooter and the victim in this case . Were still pretty early into it. We are trying to determine if there was any relationship. There was several witnesses inside of the home which were speaking to and trying to put all the pieces together. In fact, we were told there was as many and eleven people, including children inside this house when the shooting took place. They were all taken to the Prince Georges CountyPolice Headquarters where they were all questioned. Again , no arrests at in time. Video from sky fox shows the crash near 108 anvil age center drive just after noon today. All were taken to the hospital, all expected to be okay. Three people were dead after a firery crash and explosion in Charles County. The driver apparently lost control and struck a tree. Angelica lee hemphill talked. We spoke to a family who thought they were seeing Christmas Lights through the trees when they drove up on the scene early this morning and one of them started recording on their cellphone. Go. We did our part and got him to the hospital. We tried to keep him alive, but it wasnt inod have to do. You see somebody that need help and we in a position to help them, thats how i was raised. Investigators say this was a mercedesbenz that was headed southbound on rose hill when the driver lost control, veered off the road hitting a tree that caused it to catch fire. Two other bodies were found in the wreakage, but the Charles County sheriff has not release their names. It is not clear whether speed or alcohol was a factor in the case. A private School Teacher in the district alleges she was booted off of a united flight in order to clear a seat on the plane for congressman woman Sheila Jackson lee of texas. Jean marie simon, she posted a photo of Congress WomanSheila Jackson lee in a seat that she claims that she booked and then was bump owlt of without her consent or knowledge. The tweet retweeted over 17,000 times, liked 22,000 times. It caused a tremendous amount of controvsy over the holiday weekend. Now, united says that simon canceled the flight using the app, but she contests that. Now, simon says that she is still waiting for a formal written apology from the airline. Though the airline says that they issued her a 500 voucher on the day the incident occurred and have since refunded the miles that she used to book the ticket home. Congress woman jackson lee took to twitter this afternoon to weigh in with her reaction to the incident. Over a dozen tweets she shared her statement. In pasht she tweeted the following. I noted that this individual came toward me and took a picture. I heard later she might have said i know who she is. Since this was not any fault of mine, the way the individual continued to act appeared to be upon reflection because i was an africanamerican woman. Another tweet she posted read in part, but as an africanamerican i know there like this all over the nation.
