But we can tell you they did interview the victim. The victim says he had just come home from work, there was a knock at the door, em looked outside and he saw man standing there. He thought the man was in distress so he opened the door. The man and two others entered the apartment, they all had handguns and demanded property. The victim said go ahead take what you want. Apparently they took a wallet laptop cell phone, a long gun and a handgun. Police have not confirmed the models of those handguns at this time. We can give you a description of the suspects that was communicated to us from city of Gaithersburg Police. One suspect said to be a black male, 6 feet 2inches tall with dark skin and a haircut, also said to have a day old beard. And then we also have the second hispanic male with what they called chinstrap beard and then the third suspect really no information, no description on that person other than was wearing dark clothing. Police tell us that the men drove off in a 2004 to 2006 White Ford Crown vick with tinted windows and the new style maryland tags. Those are the ones that have the maryland flag sort of along the bottom of it, that crown vic also said to have a spotlight on it similar to a police car or what a taxi would have. She worked for the Environmental Protection agency and her boyfriend at the time, Jose Rodriguez cruz he admitted to killing her, to strangling her in the basement of her home back in february and then he drove her body somewhere in this wooded area along 95. Part of this plea deal, he was sentenced to 10 years in jail and agreed to lead police to her body and exactly where he buried pamela along 95 in stafford, virginia. Again, later this morning close to 10 oclock, many of you who live around here, who take 95 through stafford, you may see heightened police activity. You will see crews along the way. Theyre going to actually close a portion of the 95 express lanes in stafford near the garrisonville road. Its going to be closed for a few hours. We dont have an exact time line from police yet.
