WTO appoints Nigeria's Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala as new director general

GENEVA - The 164 members of the World Trade Organization (WTO) on Monday agreed to appoint Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, a former finance minister of Nigeria, as the next director-general, said the WTO in a press release.
