Wrong-way driver causes tractor-trailer carrying potatoes to roll over on I-95 in Waterville-Fairfield area, police say

Randolph Gerry, 71, of Winslow was summonsed on charges of driving to endanger and operating the wrong way on a divided highway in connection with the Thursday afternoon incident.
