Welch is now in custody in delaware on separate sex abuse charges. A grand jury indicted welch in Bedford County virginia where police recently found bones while searching in the case. Did he not have to walk out of jail, he actually got to ride out of jail. Meantime, videos have surfaced that showed guzman in his cell moments before he disappeared. Authorities say you can see him dropping down. They say that thats the moment when he dropped into the tunnel. That was at 9 p. M. On saturday.
