And Independence Blue Cross is sponsoring free rides all day on the market frankford and broad street lines. And even for those people coming from outside of the city. Officials urge them to maybe park at a Public Transportation site and take the Public Transportation into the city. City garages some will be open around the ben franklin parkway.
