Radnor police say this began about 3 30 when an officer stopped the car occupied by three women for a Motor Vehicle violation on conestoga road but as the officer was walking towards the car, the driver sped off at a high rate of speed. Moments later they got word that it had flipped over after striking the suv. When they arrived two of the women were still in the car, a third fled on foot. Lola quigley says her mom saw her hiding on their wooded property. She saw the cops in the street. She said whats going on. She got luckily one of the cops attention and pointed to the girl and they got her so they cuffed her. Reporter Radnor Police are investigating reports that the women may have been involved in shoplifting. From chopper6 you could see a lot of merchandise scattered on the roadway. Items that fell out of trash bags like sheets, still in packaging. Two of the women suffered minors injuries as well as the male driver of the suv. The wife came to the scene of the accident. She told my mom he had just retired and he was on his way to his daughters softball game at cabrini and they just got hit unfortunately. I hope to guy is okay. The urgent care right down less than a mile down the road. You never ever see it. He says theres plenty of screenings done before you can get a prescription here. They verify with the hospital. They dont give you a lot of tablets, only give you so many tablets.
