Philadelphia police are looking for a killer tonight after a young mother way Bright Future was found murdered in her home in port richmond. 22yearold Stephanie Dzikowski was shot once in the head late last night while her twoyearold daughter sat on the bed next to her. A man in a gray hoodie was spotted running from the home seconds after the gun shot. Surveillance video may have captured him getting aware. Police believe the shooting was not random and that the home was targeted for some reason. Officials have no suspects this evening. Philadelphia police have cleared a barricade situation in the citys hunting park section. Chopper 6hd were you over the scene as officers responded to a home in the 4400 block of north Fourth Street around 6 30 this morning. Someone had called to say they saw a person through a window with a knife threatening someone else inside. Police took a man into custody without incident. At this time he is not facing any charges. Here is the big difference today in comparison to the oppressive humidity we had across the region yesterday. Any time you have dewpoint temperatures at 60 degrees or below, weve got a comfortable air mass overhead and most spots are in the 50s if not hovering right around 60degree dewpoint numbers so it looks like this moisture will stay in check for the rest of tonight. Thats been pushed off to the side but traffic crawling in that neck of the woods. One on 95 northbound by the walt whitman bridge giving us speeds in the 20s coming north of the airport. And the big problems continue in Gloucester County along 295. Northbound all lanes blocked past thorofare. Single digit speeds. You want to get off of 295 north of the barry bridge. Stick with kings highway or the northbound new jersey turnpike instead but on the southbound new jersey turnpike we have three separate problems. First in Burlington County a crash south of exit seven blocking a couple lanes in the outer drive. Then by exit four for route 73 a truck overturned blocking two lanes. Youll want to use 295 down to 73 but then get off of that because youre looking at single digit speeds down to the 42 freeway. Third problem on the southbound new jersey turnpike is by the delaware Memorial Bridge but the worst delays are in delaware on the northbound side of 95 and 295 single digit speeds the whole way from newark on up. According to a lawsuit this has been going on since 2008 and it involves customers who buy medications through Third Party Plans. Hundreds of people searched thousands of miles because we were desperately committed to try to find austin and perry. Their boat found capsized nearly 70 miles off the coast of Central Florida two days later. We confirmed nobodys on board. Reporter a cooler and life jacket missing from the boat. Their families remaining optimistic the young yet experienced boaters used them to stay afloat. I truly believe in my heart that theyre okay. Reporter the Coast Guard Navy and air force searching from florida to North Carolina with no sign of the teens. The decision to suspend was excruciating. Reporter the private search is not ending volunteers staying out on the water expecting a miracle refusing to give up. We think theres an opportunity and well do everything we can to bring these boys home shortly. Police say 16yearold Jena Patterson on the left was abducted from her home in wilkesbarre at gun point last night. She was last seen wearing gray yoga pants and a multicolored tshirt. Police say the man on the left walter lewis is the one who took her. He is considered armed and dangerous. Officials believe lewis is driving a red car and anyone with information is asked to call 911. Philadelphia police are searching for the person who shot and killed a man in the citys tioga section. It happened about 1 30 this morning here in the 1600 block of stalled street. Now Police Arrived they found the victim lying in the street with a gunshot wound to the chest and one in the neck. He was rushed to Temple University hospital where he died. No word on the victims identity yet none arrests so far. Well, look closely at this Surveillance Video. South detectives are hoping you may recognize that man wanted for aggravated assault in philadelphias hawthorne section. Police say he gave employees at a sunoco gas station a hard times left and then later came back to a side window attempting to get back inside. But watch out for one in colwyn along second at main street and theres a motorcycle crash in ardmore along athens at cricket avenues. It was dramatic and frightening scene outside of a hackensack new jersey costco yesterday as shoppers spotted a child trapped in stifling minivan.
